Am I a fit for this program?

While we welcome aspiring leaders at our other retreats, this retreat is specifically designed to create a shared experience for those currently or previously in leadership roles. This includes individuals in formal or informal leadership positions within businesses, organizations, or communities—such as CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, founders, managers, and others responsible for guiding teams, shaping strategies, and making high-level decisions.

Benefits of Psilocybin for Leaders

Psilocybin may help individuals uncover their inner motivations, overcome mental barriers, and gain clarity in challenging situations. It also often fosters greater empathy—a vital trait for effective leadership.

Single best investment I've made in myself, my family & my community. Coming out of the second experience I felt a deep sense of joy and gratitude again. I've maintained a pervasive sense of well-being and clarity that I thought I would never have again. I was kind of scared to do this initially but so thankful I found the courage and support to set my mind free.

Service Center

Service Center

Most of our retreats take place at Fernlove, which is both a retreat center and licensed service center. For retreats at other venues, on the journey day we'll travel to a nearby licensed service center.

State regulations require that the psilocybin session take place at a licensed service center, and we have hand-picked the most comfortable and trustworthy centers in the state. These centers incorporate all of the essential elements of a physical setting for a psychedelic journey—safe, physically comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and free of potential distractions or interruptions—and more.

Fernlove is truly one-of-a-kind — the only licensed service center in the state nestled deep within nature. Surrounded by sprawling acres of lush forest, it offers the state's only nature-immersed psilocybin experience, where healing and transformation unfold in the heart of the wilderness.

What Our Clients Say

The experience was profound, warm, and hope-inspiring. As someone with a number of psilocybin journeys under my belt, I found it refreshing and renewing to experience psilocybin in a new way (2 back-to-back journey days) with the support of such a lovely & intimate group of facilitators and participants. The ratio of facilitators to participants was very good. I found all three of them to be very open, warm, trustworthy, and wise. I really enjoyed the meditations and group workshops they designed.

The Odyssey team are caring professionals who take very seriously understanding and mastering both the scientific and human aspects of creating a powerful, transformative, and manageable experience for their clients. They take really good care of you and I had many deep conversations with them. That goes from the preparation, to the accommodations, to the meals, to the integration practices. I was very impressed.
JamesTexas, USAOdyssey retreat participant, January 2025
Odyssey was my trusted guide on one of the two most meaningful experiences of my life. They created the conditions for me to go deeper than I ever could have on my own. They were very attentive and created a peaceful and safe space to be open and vulnerable. I especially appreciated the way they helped me process Day 1 and encouraged me to go deeper on Day 2.
