Intentional preparation is essential to maximizing the benefits of a psychedelic experience. We recommend taking time and space to deeply reflect on your intentions and core reasons for undertaking this journey. We'll provide a comprehensive package of resources to support you in this process.
What to expect
A 4-day retreat
Day 1
Arrival
We'll pick you up from the Redmond airport and it's a short drive to the retreat center. Settle in, get a feel for the space, and start meeting others in your group. The retreat opens in the afternoon with a comprehensive suite of programming to help you best prepare for your upcoming journey.
Day 2
Journey
Today is the psilocybin experience itself. In the morning, we'll travel as a group to a nearby licensed service center. Everything about the experience — the space, atmosphere, and music — has been carefully selected to ensure your safety and to deepen and enhance the psychedelic experience.
Day 3
Reflection
The day after a journey is a special one. Imagine returning from a grand adventure, filled with fresh insights and well-earned wisdom. Enjoy a day of reflection and sharing, with activities designed to harness post-journey neural plasticity and begin the process of integration. The retreat closes the following morning.
