John-Paul Crowe

JP is a licensed facilitator and sustainability consultant whose personal journey with meditation and psychedelics has been central to his own growth and healing. Inspired by these experiences, he now supports others in making the most out of their own work with psychedelics. JP guides clients with a calming, sensitive, and non-judgemental presence.

John-Paul Crowe

JP Crowe's interest in psychedelics began in 2010 when he first encountered the potential these compounds show for mental health and personal growth, and his own intentional work with psychedelics has, over the years, played an important role in his growth and healing.

Works best with

Life in Transition
Those navigating divorce, career changes, kids leaving home, or other significant life shifts who are ready for meaningful inner work.
Grief and Addiction
Individuals working through loss or seeking freedom from addiction who are open to a transformative process.
Spiritual Reconnection
People who have experienced religious or spiritual trauma and are ready to re-open to the mystical on their own terms.

How John-Paul works

  • Mindfulness and meditation

Attention trained before the journey, so the session has something steady to return to when it intensifies.

  • Anxiety

Chronic anxiety and the anticipatory fear that tends to arrive with the journey itself.

  • Depression

Depression, including the treatment-resistant kind that has not moved with medication alone.

  • Addiction

Substance use and behavioural addiction, including work alongside recovery programmes.

JP was great at both explaining the process, being honest about what to expect and what is unknown, providing me with a variety of resources to explore ahead of time, creating a very safe space during the journey, and being available and curious during our debrief.

L.M.Private session · March 2026

I loved JP! He felt like family. My session with him was one of the top most meaningful experiences of my life. He is an excellent facilitator, knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate, a great fit for me.

M.M.Private session · March 2026

JP wholly prepared me for the experience. During the experience, JP was an exceptional guide, his care and expertise certainly allowed me to have the best experience. After the experience, JP has continued to be a source of guidance and support. I wish I he could feel how deeply grateful I am for his support through my experience.

J.P.Private session · August 2025

JP was able to create a safe space for me from the first intro session. Our prep sessions were insightful and helped me create the right mindset to get the most of the experience. At the session, JP was incredibly supportive and I was so glad to have him there for a mid-journey debrief, and then our post-session integration walk along the Deschutes was incredible.

T.B.Private session · May 2025

Jean-Paul made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. He was patient, sensitive and responsive to my preferences, never obtrusive, and very easy to talk to. He helped me to clarify some of my ideas which have fallen into place over time since the session. Excellent company throughout.

B.A.Private session · October 2024

JP was a professional from start to finish. Our pre-trip calls were fun and thought-provoking and above all helped open a space for greater exploration. I was able to be more honest with my life and open than I thought possible during my special day. He took care of me, he took great notes and was very present for me when I needed him the most.

S.D.Private session · October 2024

JP was great. He's a very calm, non-judgmental, supportive presence. Throughout the prep sessions he said many things that I found myself coming back to throughout the journey. Couldn't have asked for more.

J.D.Private session · September 2024

I felt very supported on my journey. JP knew that I wanted to have a deep experience and laid the groundwork for this well. It brought up a lot of emotions that I needed to process, and after my journey, I felt more grounded than I had in a long time. It helped me realize what is most important in my life in a very powerful, visceral way. I am so glad I took the time to do this for myself. I recommend this to anyone who is wanting to grow spiritually.

S.T.Private session · September 2024

JP was great and attentive, helpful, gave me a ride back to my lodging; met me the next day for a hike and cold plunge which was a nice way to round out the experience. The prep sessions were useful in setting expectations and getting ready. The follow-up session was nice too, and I appreciated that he sent an email about a week later to see how I was doing.
