Attention trained before the journey, so the session has something steady to return to when it intensifies.
Divorce, retirement, diagnosis, empty nesting: the thresholds that change who someone is.
Bereavement and prolonged grief, including losses that were never fully mourned.

Becca and I bonded quickly. She made me feel safe and we did have quite a few laughs along the way too. Insightful, calming and just a total joy of a human. I actually can’t say enough good things about her!
It was amazing and intense; I urge everyone to experience it!
Becca is great to work with! Becca is thoughtful and easy to build a rapport with. She took the preparation work seriously and in the prep sessions helped lead me through some difficult but rewarding conversations. She was a grounding presence and helped guide me through all the ups and downs of the journey day. I’m very grateful to have had her as my facilitator. I felt supported the whole time and I trust her to look out for me while I’m in a vulnerable state. Also, it’s clear she has a deep knowledge of mushrooms assisted therapy and is passionate about the work. I definitely recommend working with Becca as your facilitator.
Check eligibility
Mushroom experiences carry real risks, and not everyone is a good fit. Every Odyssey experience starts with our eligibility screening.
